What is your shipping policy?
Orders placed before 3:00 pm typically ship within 2 business days; orders placed after 3:00 pm ship within 3 business days. We guarantee that all online orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after the date the order is placed. We ship Monday through Friday, so if your order is placed on a Thursday after 3:00 pm, for example, we would not be able to ship it until the following Monday.
Can I get my order shipped faster?
Possibly! If you need your order for a time-sensitive event, or if you need expedited shipping for whatever reason, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll do whatever we can to help you out.
What is your cancellation policy?
We can accept cancellations up to 24 hours after an order is placed. Please contact us at email@example.com for any cancellation requests.
I’m having problems with the postal service - what do I do?
Unfortunately, Whisked is not responsible for any transit delays once your package has been transferred to the shipper. If you are having problems with your delivery status, please contact USPS.
Will my order be fresh?
Absolutely! We bake all of our products fresh to order and ship directly from our kitchen.
How long do your products last?
All of our cookies will stay fresh for at least fourteen days, and we recommend storing them in an airtight bag or container after opening to preserve freshness even longer. Our Bourbon Pecan Pie and Sea Salt Chocolate Chess Pie will stay fresh for at least two weeks at ambient room temperature, and can stay fresh at least four weeks if refrigerated.
Can we freeze the pies and cookies?
Yes! Our Bourbon Pecan Pie, Sea Salt Chocolate Chess Pie, Lemon Coconut Pie, and all of our cookies varieties freeze well and can be stored, frozen, for up to three months. As a best practice, we recommend freezing the mail order pies and cookies in a sealed freezer bag or airtight container to preserve freshness and avoid freezer burn.
How do we thaw frozen desserts?
You can thaw frozen cookies or pies by placing them on your kitchen counter and letting them come to room temperature over a period of time.
Can we reheat the pies?
Check the label for serving suggestions and reheating instructions.
I have a nut allergy - how do you control allergens?
We use the following nuts in our products - pecans, hazelnuts, and coconuts. We have an allergen control program with protocols to minimize cross-contact between allergen and non-allergen products, and test for nut proteins daily.
What do I do if I’m unhappy with my order?
We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases, so please let us know if you’re unsatisfied with your order. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment so we can help you most effectively.
Do you have a storefront location?
We don’t have a retail storefront, but you can find our products in more than 200 locations in DC, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.

How do I order a pie or cookies to pick up at the farmer's market?
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order no later than 3:00pm Thursday so we can prepare it for purchase in time for the upcoming weekend.
