  • Orders placed before 3:00 pm typically ship within 2 business days; orders placed after 3:00 pm ship within 3 business days. We guarantee that all online orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after the date the order is placed. We ship Mondays through Friday, so if your order is placed on a Thursday after 3:00 pm, for example, we would not be able to ship it until the following Monday.
  • Due to the size of our packaging, orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.

  • Whisked! is not responsible for delays in transit once your package has been transferred to the carrier.
  • Our Bourbon Pecan and Sea Salt Chocolate Chess pies will stay fresh for at least two weeks at ambient room temperature, and can stay fresh at least four weeks if refrigerated.
  • Both pie varieties can be stored, frozen, for up to three months. As a best practice, we recommend freezing the pies in a sealed freezer bag or airtight container to preserve freshness and avoid freezer burn.
